Letter from the President

I would like to welcome you to the Missouri Investigators page and introduce myself.  My name is William Willoughby and I am currently serving as the Board President.  I won’t rewrite my bio, which can be found on the Board Member page.  I serve as an Investigator for the Platte County Prosecutor’s Office.

As we prepare for the 2024 Conference I am reminded how important it is that we come together, in the Law Enforcement Community, to keep our citizens safe.  The last few years have been trying, not only as a profession, but as a Country.  Proper training and resource sharing aid in that endeavor.  The goal for the Missouri Investigators Association is just that.  To provide training, opportunities to connect with others in and around our field, and to build relationships with one another that extend beyond our agency walls.  We provide resources throughout the year to help connect individuals and agencies that might not have those connections readily available.

I look forward to meeting you and representing the association in the coming years.

Bill Willoughby
